Perspectives on Fitness & Exercise
This part of the website is for issues about fitness and exercise, often from a different perspective than how they are usually viewed. We intend to have a high level of medical accuracy and discussion of some of the new theories about these topics. We will also include references and links for those readers wanting more detailed information.

There will be bimonthly articles (or as often as I can get them out) on a wide variety of topics, some of which are listed below. We believe you will find the topics and what we have to say about them here to be provocative, informative, and meaningful. As always, you can make suggestions for a topic you want information on and we will do our best to accommodate.
